StaYin Yang was a 8-days training course happening in the beautiful wild forest of Slovenia (Smolnik) in May, 2023.
Its aim was to introduce embodiment practices as a tool to increase inclusion, bring mental health awareness, build resilience skills and overall empower youth workers for more embodied and well-being orientated leadership & mentorship.

24 participants from Slovenia, Greece, Czech, Italy, France, Latvia and Romania were exploring the theme of polarities through embodied practices.

It was a journey of exploring the inner landscapes of different fragments that make us whole. The foggy and misty atmosphere of the land invited us to go within in search of the mystery.
Nature whispered.
We listened with our whole bodies.
Responded with new understanding and embodied experience that embraced our further journey.

In the fragmented world its important to distinguish what parts need support, what needs encouragement to change and what needs to be embraced as it is.

Grateful we can bring this work forth.
Most of our trainings are process-oriented, so we follow what emerges and support what is awakening.
Thank you Živa Jerman, Antonio Cargnello and Nayeli Špela for your complimentary facilitation skills. And Gemma Paganelli for your nutritious care.

We continue.
