How Our Work Connects to Erasmus+ values and goals

Our projects are aligned with the values and priorities of Erasmus+, especially within the fields of youth work.

At the core of Erasmus+ is the intention to strengthen competencies, inclusion, resilience, sustainability, and meaningful participation. Our work responds to these priorities through a body-based, experiential, and relational approach to learning.

Mental Health and Well-Being

Mental health is not only a topic we address it is the foundation of our methodology.

Through embodiment, somatic awareness, and movement practices, participants develop deeper self-awareness, emotional literacy, and regulation skills. They learn to recognize stress patterns, build resilience, and cultivate inner resources that support both personal well-being and professional sustainability.

This contributes directly to the Erasmus+ objective of strengthening the well-being of young people, youth workers, and educators, especially in times where burnout, anxiety, and disconnection are increasingly present in the field.

We do not approach mental health only cognitively, but holistically — integrating body, emotions, relationships, and environment.

Quality Non-Formal Education

Our trainings are grounded in non-formal education principles: voluntary participation, experiential learning, reflection, peer exchange, and learning-by-doing.

We create spaces where knowledge is not only transferred but embodied. Participants explore concepts through direct experience, group processes, creative expression, and structured reflection.

This ensures that learning is not abstract, but rather integrated, which is supporting long-term competence development rather than short-term information gain.

Our facilitation approach strengthens:

  • reflective practice

  • group leadership skills

  • communication and empathy

  • conflict navigation

  • emotional intelligence

All of these are key competencies promoted within Erasmus+ mobility and cooperation projects.

Inclusion and Diversity

Embodiment practices open access to learning beyond language and intellect.

By integrating movement, creativity, and somatic awareness, we create inclusive spaces that support different learning styles, cultural backgrounds, and personal histories. Participants are invited to engage at their own rhythm and capacity.

We are particularly attentive to psychological safety, trauma-awareness, and accessible facilitation. This supports the Erasmus+ priority of inclusion and diversity by ensuring that participants feel seen, respected, and supported — not only intellectually, but emotionally and physically.

Professional Development and Capacity Building

Our trainings support youth workers, educators, facilitators, and mental health professionals in developing sustainable ways of working with groups.

Participants leave with:

  • practical tools for emotional regulation

  • body-based facilitation methods

  • strategies for preventing burnout

  • deeper understanding of group dynamics

  • increased confidence in holding complex emotional processes

In this way, our work strengthens the quality and impact of youth work and educational practice across communities.

Environmental Awareness and Sustainability

Our nature-based training settings are not incidental, but intentional.

By learning and living together in natural environments, participants experience sustainability not as a theory, but as a lived practice. We encourage mindful resource use, shared responsibility, and reflection on our relationship with the natural world.

This experiential approach supports Erasmus+ priorities around environmental sustainability and climate awareness, while also recognizing the psychological importance of nature for regulation, creativity, and connection.
